Will this monitor work with my Nvidia 8600 GT?

Yes, that monitor will work just fine with a 8600GT. You connect it to the 8600GT using a standard DVI monitor cable. EDITED TO ADD: Pretty easy to tell. That monitor you linked to has a DVI input. The 8600GT has a DVI output. Same kind of port, so you just connect it with a standard DVI monitor cable. If the monitor and the video card have the same kind of port, then it will work. Not for games the resolution is too high unless you keep the resolution down which is fine, happened to me i had 8500GT and got 22 inch monitor i cranked the monitor res to 1440x 900 and games were horribly slow even windows lagged, but lower res was fine. 8600GT is slightly better than what i had though so you should be fine with a good resolution setting.
